Rahul is 18 years old and has been dancing with Shakti since he was in kindergarten. Rahul is graduating from Brentwood School in June and will be attending Harvard College in the fall.

Maya started dancing at seven years old and has been dancing for the last ten years. In addition to this performing art, she also draws, paints, woodworks, sculpts, and crochets as well as plays golf and conducts environmental research.

Anoushka Rajeev is 14 and has been dancing for the past eight years. Aside from dance, Anoushka enjoys theatre, swimming, reading, and writing. During her time with Shakti, she has performed at various events. Anoushka is very excited for this next stage in her dance journey.

Anahita is 16 and has been dancing for twelve years. Anahita enjoys sketching, origami, and sudoku. Her favorite dance is Rama Kauthuvam.

Anjali Matthews is a Junior at Westchester High School. She is the youngest of 5 siblings and comes from a long line of dancers. Anjali has been dancing since she was four years old. Outside of her dance she is an active member of the Youth & Government program and plans to run for California Youth Governor as soon as she finishes her Arangetram!
